Back Bay crime: The Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay is hosting an open meeting with Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis on Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the French Cultural Center, 53 Marlborough St., about crime and safety issues facing the neighborhood and the city. It is open to all Back Bay residents and other interested parties. 2.
