PHOTOS: Holiday Wish-A-Thon Kicks Off at the Pru
Festivities included visits with Santa and a Duck Tour.
The following was submitted by Lauren O'Shea: On Saturday, Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island kicked off the organization’s 2012 Holiday Wish-A-Thon with a special Boston Duck Tour with Wish Families and Santa Claus on board! The 2012 Holiday Wish-A-Thon invites the community to sign up to become a Wishmaker® and help make wishes possible all year long. For more information on becoming a Wishmaker® or to give a year-end donation, please visit massri.wish.org/holiday. Last year, Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island granted wishes for 354 children with life-threatening medical conditions, thanks to the Foundation's many generous donors.
