Boston's Union Carpenters formed an informational picket line Thursday on Mass Ave. and Beacon Street, trying to get the word out about non-union labor. They were specifically upset over the work being done on the Beacon Towers at 483 Beacon Street: "The Condo trust has hired Metric Construction, who has a history of using subcontractors that pay less than the area standard for wages and benefits."
