Interesting question, Mike. When TV reports were saying that 60-70 percent of the town had been searched I was skeptical. My home wasn't searched and I never saw law enforcement in my area near Watertown Square. I assumed they meant 60-70 percent of the area of focus near the first shootout.

I just saw a taxi cab driving near Watertown Square. I hear that taxi service is restored in Boston, but also perhaps Watertown? Or maybe it just that one.

Yes, it's strange, Gregy, but it required 4 of 5 votes to pass. If it had been 3-2 it also would have been rejected. I believe it requires a 2/3rd majority.
