No one is buying the kids iPads but the parents. The iPad program is a completely parent funded program by which they buy the iPad fro their children outright or rent it.

Ron - I'm not sure I understand how your solution would help us get out of the pickle we are in right now. I'm also interested to hear how you plan to help implement your solution. It's really all about our community banding together to do something within our power to make the situations with the schools better. Having big ideas are great, and maybe your suggestion is a viable solution at some point, but it's not going to help with the challenges we face now. So, what, that is within our control can we do to help with the budget shortfall with the schools?
