John has over 15 years experience in the fitness and health industry. John obtained a degree in exercise science and became a licensed physical therapist assistant. . He holds a personal training certification with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has worked in numerous Boston area gyms. John provides wellness program consultation and onsite wellness services for corporations. John is a marathon runner and when not training clients is busy training for different running events. John is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals regardless of obstacles in their way.
